Lead Teachers
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Documentation of High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months experience with children in a group setting, or at least 6 months experience and 12 credit hours in early childhood education
Job Description:
- Serve as a positive role model to children
- Understand and implement Here We Grow's curriculum, policies and procedures
- Provide excellent service and communication to children and parents
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy teaching environment
- Continually develop skills by attending at least 18 hours of job-related training annually
Assistant Teachers
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Documentation of a high school diploma or equivalent, or current and continuous enrollment in high school or a high school equivalency class
Job Description:
- Support the Lead Teacher in implementing Here We Grow's curriculum, policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy teaching environment
- Continually develop skills by attending at least 18 hours of job-related training annually
